A small cache to celebrate the construction of the new CV library!
Right across from the site of the new Castro Valley library, there is a cache just hangin' around waiting to be found. I thought I would beat the rush and get a cache here well before the library is finished and open.
Pretty basic hide type that everyone should be familiar with!
Original contents: log & stash note in ziploc, pencil, special coin for the FTF, three of my special frogs, stickers, race car, a fish, a pink fishing lure and a marble.
Parking for about three vehicles is just beyond GZ along Norbridge.
Update 11/15/09: Moved cache to a less trashy area.
Update: 1/30/10: Replaced and moved a bit. Changed hint appropriately. Ready to go!
Update 8/19/2010: Replaced and moved again! Now a camo'd jar, about 300 ml capacity.
USE NATURAL CAMO TO KEEP OUT OF PLAIN SIGHT!!!!
I cannot stress this enough!
In addition to the cache itself, there is a rather unusual small object nearby that I noticed when I did the replacement. If it is still there when you get the cache, feel free to describe it in your Found It! log and tell us all what you think it is.
