This area can be wet during rainy times, but you can find access to the cache yet. Parking on Dogleg Lane by the Wucherer Way Trailhead Sign.
Access to this trail is provided by Bob Hendricks in recognition of two coaches, Lou Pluim and Bill Wucherer who led the Waupun Warrior football team to a Little Ten Championship in 1960. (I wasn't born yet). They taught their team respect for others, leadership, responsibilites and the meaning of teamwork. Their enthusiasm for life was contagious and positively impacted many students. Enjoy the walk! Lou Pluim has since passed away, but Bill Wucherer still resides in Waupun.
