Well, I guess I pretty much know the status of this new housing development. But, the paved roads, sidewalks, landscaping, and street lights remind me of the work done on Foothills Blvd. across from Steen Park that has been waiting for houses to be built for a long time. But, maybe in a couple years this place will be filled up because the view of Link River is great from the cache.
