Biggest hassle here is the plentitude of Muggles but it was set at one of the busiest times. You just have to get in place and await your opportunity. 1.5 Difficulty Rating is purely because of MD (Muggle Density).
GRC stands for Gresham Regional Cache according to some Cachers but this one doesn't and it ain't .......
