Micro hidden at the UCSB lot 22 parking garage. Here is the catch: At the location where you can retrieve the cache, you can't see it. At a place where you can see it's location, you can't retrieve it.... I have included an "Observation Waypoint" from which the cache location is definitely visible. I have also include a photo from this location to help get you started. If you are having trouble, the difficulty level drops significantly when ambient illumination is abated (Come back at another time!) Bring you own pen, and please replace exactly as found. Thanks!
