There are plenty of great places in the Blue Mountains that
aren't in a National Park. I discovered this one while completing
the trio of caches on the other side of the ridge.
You will need to drive to Yellow Rock and park near the mushroom
farm at the end of Singles Ridge Road. From here it is a 2.5
kilometre walk along a well formed track.
Once you are within 40 metres of GZ you can wander south towards
the cache.
WARNING: there is a sharp drop in the
vicinity of GZ. This cache should not be attempted at night, or
with children. Don't search for this cache if you have any doubts
about your ability or those with you.
The cache is 2 litre sistema container, which was once located
in Royal National Park
(GCJBMH) - hence its name.
The contents are different and there's a small gift for FTF.
It is located directly under the boulder that marks GZ. Some
careful rock scrambling is required to reach it. If you decide to
search for it, take your time and take no risks.
