New York Admin: This cache was brought to my attention for a couple different reasons none of which justify any action. However with the aid of software provided by the National Park Service I am able to determine this cache is actually located on National Park Property, Gateway National Recreation Area. I apologize for publishing this cache as the National Park Service does not permit geocaching on their properties. I'm archiving this one.
