This cache has been archived.

West Texas Reviewer: Cache Owner (CO) has not responded, so the cache is being archived to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking new cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace this cache sometime in the future (not to exceed 15 days from the date of this entry), just contact me (by e-mail), and assuming it still meets the current Guidelines, I will consider unarchiving this cache.

Please be advised this is not a guarantee that this geocache will be unarchived. Many factors will go into my decision. The most important of which is how you responded to geocachers who tried to communicate with you regarding the problem(s) with this geocache hide and how you communicated with me, the West Texas Reviewer.

Geocache Description:

This is a quick park and grab we placed after we once again got lost driving around on the back roads. It is a small rubbermaid container.

We love to geocache on back roads and in remote areas but we often end up on roads other than where we intended to be with no idea how we ended up there. We've seen some really nice areas when lost and have decided to start a series of caches dedicated to our accidental routes. New caches will be added to the series as we wander blissfully lost through Texas countryside.

On this particular day, we intended to take 1174 to Lampasas and find a few new places to cache. We didn't notice 1174 turned left shortly after we got on the road. We just kept on driving straight and ended up on CR 243...we stopped at this bridge thinking it would be a good place for one of our caches, scoped it out, marked some coordinates, got back in the car and kept right on driving down the wrong road.
