An easy enough driveby cache we placed after it was realised we
lived close by the actual airfield used by the 101st Airborne
division (The screaming eagles).As portayed in the mini series
'Band of Brothers'.
Nearby we found a rather odd little memorial to the men lost on the
way to the Day landings on the night of the 5th-6th June 1944...We
didnt have a camera on us at the time but will call by and photo
it.
You are looking for a small cache that has room for Tbs and
Coins.The cache is located at the end of the main runway. There is
NO need to go onto private land to find this cache. ENJOY
!
