Some of the veteran cachers will remember the He Said, She Said Caches that were hidden in this park years ago by Rabid Bunny and NeoGranger.
The She Said Cache was my sixth cache find. It was hidden on August 28, 2002 and closed on September 1, 2004. I found it on January 14, 2003. The He Said Cache was hidden on August 28, 2002 but, due to muggling, closed sooner on March 23, 2004. It's funny because I distinctly remember finding the He Said Cache but it didn't get logged so no smiley for me.
Since the early days of Geocaching Olde Town Park has undergone some changes. There is some nice new playground equipment on the way to the new cache. There are steep slopes in the ravine. If you have small children with you, watch them carefully.
The cache is kid friendly. The original container, a large Rubbermaid bowl with some swag, was replaced by a smaller lock n lock container after it was muggled. Trade evenly and, please, no junk. Please take some time and replace the cache exactly as you found it
