This is the fourth in the Harrisonburg "Zip It" series. These caches are placed very near the coordinates of origin when searching via zip code.
This cache is for Harrisonburg zip code 22807 - all of James Madison University. Parking near to this cache may be difficult due to lack of public parking. There is plenty of parking nearby, but you must have a permit to avoid getting a ticket. And they WILL ticket. Great stealth may be necessary at times. NOT accessible from the interstate - DO NOT TRY. You should, however approach the cache from the area between the hedge and the interstate.
