A Klingon Negh’Var class warship orbiting near Earth’s moon has been engaged by a Romulan Valdore class warship. The Klingon vessel was carrying highly sensitive scientific information regarding Romulan cloaking technology. The Klingon ship was boarded and all crew members were killed. In a last ditch effort the Klingon crew jettisoned a capsule containing the information which has landed on earth. The Romulans were engaged by Star Fleet vessels and forced to retreat. This information is of high priority and extremely sensitive. The coordinates of the jettisoned capsule are as follows:
