Lagrac is well-known to the geocaching community of northeast
Iowa and beyond. From his home in Rushford, Minnesota, lagrac has
made many a geocaching trip to join his friends in the
Waterloo-Cedar Falls area. Not only is lagrac a master cache
finder, he has also contributed to the sport by placing 71 caches
to date, 16 of them EarthCaches. It is our privilege to place this
cache to mark his achievement and an honor to call him a
friend.
Cache Description
This cache is a
ammo can located in Volga River State Recreation Area
in Fayette County. There is ample parking at the suggested coords.
Be sure to replace the geoflage after finding the cache to keep
casual observers "in the dark."
Lagrac, affectionately known as the Rushford Caching Monkey, has
a special love for caches that require monkey skills to reach.
