There is no cache at the posted coordinates. You are looking for a magnetic bison tube.
Park you car near the posted coords. From here you must walk down the stairs and take the subway. After about 85 paces you will come to a sign on the wall which reads. "Alberta 1987 Entwistle Subway #80943" You will find the cache about 5 paces further on.
