For this our 1st in a series of TuneTime caches, we noticed there were not many caches along Riggs road, and wanted to remedy it. For many years, Riggs road has undergone massive construction changes, and we seem to have "plowed" through all of them as we moved from one side to another of the SE valley. Construction is going on right on top of it right now, in fact, watch out for construction workers. If they're standing around the cache site area, please come back another time.
Sight sighted a good cache spot for the tune/theme Sound came up with. So whistle this tune while you hunt for it.
