videoman92: In spite of several attempts to have this cache adopted by a member who has requested he be able to take over this cache from me, I have been unable to make the transfer to him. The required form has been filled in by me seven times and each occasion the section that is entitled "submit adoption request" has been greyed out.
Therefore, being unable to pass this cache to the member who has requested it, I have reluctantly decided to archive it.
