Geocache Description:

This is track eleven of eleven caches celebrating “The Music from the Soundtrack” album released on June 20, 1980 by the Blues Brothers Band,
Each Bristol based cache is located at a place that has links to either the song title or the lyric content.

Track 11 Jail House Rock (Leiber, Stoller) – 3:19

Jake Blues and the Blues Brothers (Over the closing credits in the film, verses are sung by James Brown, Cab Calloway, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin and "crew"
Jailhouse Rock" is a song written by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller that first became a hit for Elvis Presley. The song was first released as a 45rpm single on September 24, 1957, to coincide with the release of Presley's motion picture, Jailhouse Rock. Composer Mike Stoller can be seen playing piano in the film presentation of the song.

The song as sung by Elvis Presley is #67 on Rolling Stone's list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time[1] and was named one of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll

The Cache is a small Tupperware box situated next to one or Her Majesties hotels

Ashfield Prison

Ashfield holds young people aged between 15 and under 18 years. It is built on the site of the former remand centre in Pucklechurch village.
Operational capacity: 400 as of 25th May 2007.
Accommodation: Single and double cells.
Reception criteria: Ashfield accepts remand and sentenced young people between the ages of 15 and 18. The majority of our sentenced young people are completing detention and training orders. There are also a number of young people serving section 91 and IPP sentences

At the cache location, take time to sit on the stile and enjoy the views of lansdown and surrounding area.
