Geocache Description:

Congratulations Johnny Boy on FTF #200!!!

***Please note that JB's 200th FTF was on a different cache. This one actually turned out to be number 201 but I've decided to leave the title and the congrats note unchanged.***

The cache is not at the listed coordinates.

Everybody knows Johnny Boy, the consummate puzzler. This cache is not going to be a dedication to what a great guy he is, there have already been caches dedicated to that. I will point out however, that the subtitle of his NUTS dedication cache is “I beat Johnny Boy”. That’s because JB is a relentless FTFer. Whenever a new cache posts in the area I am always aware that my primary competition is going to be Johnny Boy. I once FTF’d a cache not more than half a mile form his house and proclaimed, “I beat Johnny Boy! I was quickly rebuked by another of the NUTS because that battle cry is reserved for those that did not get FTF but still beat Johnny Boy to the cache. You can’t claim an FTF and also proclaim that you beat Johnny Boy. That statement is reserved for those who didn’t quite get the FTF but still got there before JB. He rarely goes more than a day or two before finding new caches within his search radius.

As I often do, I was recently going over a few of my caches when I noticed JB’s FTF bookmark on one of them. I clicked it and noticed that he had 199 FTF’s. I thought, Wow, that’s a lot! I wonder where #200 will be. It was then that I came up with the idea of making a special cache for JB’s 200th FTF.

Of course I could not make a Johnny Boy dedication cache without making it a puzzle. As I said, he is the consummate puzzler after all. Johnny Boy will of course know how to solve the puzzle right away. For you, I suggest you learn as much about him as you can. I’ll leave it at that, but consider that a hint. Of course if you still can’t figure it out, just ask Johnny Boy. I’m sure he will be more than happy to help you out.

To solve the puzzle, figure out how to convert the code below to numbers. You will then be able to plug the code in to solve for the cords. Here’s what you need to figure out.

Plain out of sight = A
So many Storeys = B
Silverstein = C
Tubulaire Extrodinaire = D
By your Bayou = E

The cache is at:
N48 0A.0CB
W122 C0.(A+E)(D-B)E

There are two prizes in the cache. One is for the dedicatee. The second is for the person who is First to Find after him. Please hide the cache as well as you found it. Happy Caching!
