Please be respectful of this area and do not drive on the soft
ground in the cemetery. The cache is not hidden near any graves or
headstones. When traveling to this cemetery you will pass the
Overstreet-Kerr Historical Farm. This is listed on the National
Register of Historical Places. You can visit the farm but it is by
appointment only. Call either of these two numbers if you want to
make a reservation or you can visit their web site. 918-966-3396 or
918-966-3282. In 1871 T.G. Overstreet married Margaret Victor and
they traveled from Missouri to Indian Territory to start their new
life. They built a log cabin in. In 1895 the New 15-room grand home
was completed and they were farming 3000 acres. In Indian Territory
you could claim all the land that you could clear. Hope you enjoy
