The Wrangeller Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Greatland Reviewer: Hello:

Time for some Autumn clean-up before the snow flies and cache maintenance becomes more difficult.

This cache page has been archived due to the lack of a timely response to a prior Reviewer Note and/or because the Cache Owner has not been online for several months. If the owner would like to have it reinstated, please contact me through my profile as soon as possible before another cache gets placed nearby.

Please note that unarchiving a cache page requires it to go through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.

Geocache Description:

A geocache on Wrangell Island, Wrangell, Alaska.

On a trip to Wrangell, Alaska, Fossil Gal and I wanted to geocache. As there were no geocaches here, we decided to hide a cache. Our relatives will be the caretakers of the cache as they live here. After boating and driving to various locations, we settled on a site.

There is parking available and be sure to sit a spell to watch the eagles and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the water. The container is a regular sized cylinder containing polished Oregon beach agaates, a lucky penny, two pins, some crayons and a pin and pen from Wrangell.
