The cache can be accessed from Wiggly Field Dog Park or Cross Timbers Park. You can take the easy way--trails, or plod through the woods. Several nearby caches in both places. Should be fairly easy to get to as long as you follow the trails; It is located at the farthest corner of the area behind Wiggly Field.
Cache is a large vitamin bottle; contains a log, has a pen, some small trade items.
