Located in one of my favorite areas at the Brownlee Reservoir. Located in the back of a bay, accessible by boat, and a short but steep climb up sometimes difficult, terrain.
Flip Flops are definately NOT recommended!
This bay is one of my favorites at Brownlee and it holds many wonderful memories of weekends camping and fishing as my son was growing up.
We have fished, had picnics, and have beached the boat to let little legs stretch and run off some energy in this bay.
Just thinking about the number of crappie we have caught within sight of this cache is incredible.( quite a few were caught by a little boy and his Mickey Mouse fishing pole.)
Even now that my son has grown up and is on his own, he still says that those weekends camping and fishing are some of his earliest and best memories.
The cache contains some of the usual cache type items, but also includes a few items for the kids and maybe even a crappie jig of the type that has helped fill many a fish basket over the years.
