This is a quick Cache & Dash from which you will have magnificent views of Crook Peak & Brent Knoll. To fully appreciate the views I suggest you approach from Banwell Castle N51 19.454 W002 51.671. The cache, a small Click Lock box 120x90x40mm, large enough to hold small TB’s, is accessible from a wheelchair using a grabber.
Roman remains have been excavated in this area & a skeleton found here is on display in the Museum in St John’s Hunting Lodge Axbridge. (Open daily 1.00pm to 4.00pm Easter to end of September)
