The Scout Master: I went by to check on this cache, and once again it has been altered. I feel this spot is just too open to muggle activity and is in a location that can be questionable at night. Therefore, I have decided to go ahead and archive it as this is the 5th time I have had to replace it. Thanks to all who visited.
