When you look at how few of the nearby estates have been sold, it almost seems like a ghost town.
When you get to the posted coords you will arrive at a sign. Please list all the natural resources in the order they are shown like this:

N 34' 25. Riparian Community, Native Grasslands, Monarch Butterflies
W 119' 54. Monarch Butterflies, Snowy Plovers, Raptors
