Located in a state wildlife area not far from the Three Lakes area. Park at the coordinates below, as it’ll give you the best access. Take the nice two-track back to the cache area; the terrain is quite pleasant most of the way. Hunting is allowed in this area, so be aware of your surroundings during those times of the year.
The news has been all a’buzz lately with Going Green, so I thought I’d put out a cache to support that initiative. Plus, I happen to like the color green. Room for log and pencil only. No carbon was created in the placing of this cache.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Baldwin DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at the Wisconsin DNR website.
