This geocache is not at the listed coordinates.
The coordinates listed will get you to a nice parking space at the beginning of an awesome walking trail. This puzzle cache is for the Fraygirls (as revenge) for all the wonderful (and sneaky) puzzle caches they have planted (and tortured us with).
For this cache, I would like to point out similaries between President Abraham Lincoln and President John Kennedy, not that I am a conspiracy fanatic or anything like that. The information below is from the book Funny Laws and Other Zany Stuff by Myron Miller.

To solve the puzzle, you will need to solve the cipher. Yes… a crazy, caffeine and Chinese take-out induced cipher. The cipher relates only to the text below.
The following similarities have been linked to the lives and deaths of Abraham Lincoln and John Kennedy. Many of them happened 100 years apart.
Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.
Lincoln was elected president in 1860. Kennedy was elected president in 1960.
The names Lincoln and Kennedy each contain seven letters.
Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.
Both had children die while they were living in the White House.
Both were shot on a Friday.
Both were shot in the head.
Both were shot in the presence of their wives.
The secretaries of both presidents warned them not to go to the theater and Dallas, respectively.
Lincoln’s secretary was named Kennedy. Kennedy’s secretary was named Lincoln.
Both were assassinated by Southerners named Johnson.
Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln, was born in 1808. Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.
John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln, was born in 1839. Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born in 1939. Both assassins were known by their three names totaling 15 letters.
Booth ran from the theater and was captured in a warehouse. Oswald ran from the warehouse and was captured in a theater.
Booth and Oswald were assassinated before their cases came to trial.
Lincoln was killed in Ford’s Theater. Kennedy was killed in a Lincoln Convertible made by the Ford Motor Company.
