Barking Frogz: Unfortunately I haven't heard from the cache owner, so I must regretfully archive this cache.
Thanks,

5th in the series. Small hill could be slick in the rain. Grats to Grandson Tyler of T-n-Gram for FTF
Due to the woeful lack of caches in the LONGVIEW KELSO area I would like to challenge the other Geofiends who are out there searching for caches to put a cache out within a week of finding this cache. (long pause for deep breath). To facilitate this for the FTF there is a Lock N Lock setup as an instant cache or a pretty nice compass (leftovers for second to find) Ok that takes care of the big stuff next there are baggies with logs for the next finders plus various minor swag. Since this is my challenge I get to set the NON BINDING RULES.
1 Caches should be within 5 miles of the LONGVIEW OR KELSO borders (hence LONGVIEW KELSO CHALLENGE) .
2 Caches should be hid within 1 week of discovering this cache.
3 I am a believer in capitol punishment for hiders of micros in wooded areas.
ALL OF THIS IS OF COURSE OPTIONAL( 'CEPT THE CAPITOL PUNISHMENT FOR MICROS IN THE WOODS.)
As always there is at least one Swag bag with EMERGENCY LOGS in it. Everyone should have one of these to supplement those pesky filled logbooks. No exchange required for SWAG BAGS.
