Geocache Description:

climb back more tiring than it looks. stay on top of ridgeline to left to avoid dense brush in the gulley. Did with Ethan who is 9, so not crazy-difficult, but not easy.

Ethan, Sonia, and I went caching for an afternoon to pick up caches we missed on Cleghorn. Decided to leave one as a token of appreciation for those that have been left before for our entertainment. The other caches are all pretty much 'park & grab', so we wanted something a bit more challenging. We started from GCXRWR and went straight down from the big rocks, staying on the left side. Our path put us low in the gully, which was not a good idea. There was dense brush that we ended up crashing through (and picking up a few scratches), before we got to a dry stream bed that we continued down until we got near the rocks where the cache is stored. On the way back we decided to take the "high road" by staying high on the ridge to the right (when standing at the cache and looking back towards the rocks). This was a much better way to go because it had much smaller brush, but we were surely breathing heavy when we got back to our vehicle. The linear distance from the starting point where the dirt road turnaround is to the cache is 0.3 miles. The cache is a tupperware container that contains:

Cache statement
Logbook & pencil
2 Hot Wheels
1 bathtub squirt toy
1 set of refridgerator magnets with clasps
1 rubber ball
1 $1 bill

All items are brand new and in packaging.
