Geocache Description:

Another pleasant walk through the Cambridgeshire countryside with nice views to the East towards Cambridge (near the Final site). Route can be muddy after rain. Good GPS signal until nearer the Stage1/ Cache. This can be a busy path so watch out for Muggles.

View from near the final cachesite

Another cache to find on the Hardwick Millennium Walk. The starting point for this one is a footpath entrance opposite the local hostelry (nice food). It is a simple multi with a small container at the published co-ordinates. This in turn provides the co-ordinates to find the cache itself.

The full walk is 8.6 miles although it can be broken down into smaller walks. The Eastern half of the route where the cache is hidden being the shortest at 3.2 miles along a flattish footpath. (See attached map).

The Cache

Stage 1 is a camouflaged 35mm film pot.

The cache is a camouflaged 1 litre clik 'n' clik box with all the usual contents - logbook, pen, swaps etc. Please ensure you hide both containers back where you found them with adequate cover.

This path is well used by the local muggles and doggle walkers so stealth is required.
