Geocache Description:

Approximately 100 meters off Blue Ridge Trail in the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. Altitutde at cache 7046'. Maintained trail most of the way last 200 meters slightly up hill and somewhat rocky in places. Hiking shoes recommended but I've done it in running shoes.

I was walking the dog on Blue Ridge Trail and looking for a place to hide my first cache. I followed the dog off the trail for about 100 meters when it started to thunderstorm. I waited out the lightening and rain on a rock ledge. While it rained I decided that this must be the place. It's quiet and somewhat secluded with a good view down hill toward Billy Creek.
The cache is a clear plastic, water resistant sealed container approx. 4"x8" in size. It contains some small trinkets, a note pad and pen. The hint will definately give it away so don't read it until you're ready to give up.
