Another easy cache right off main road.
Plenty of parking, and you can get close to the cache.
There is a good view of the river from here and just below here we have caught some BIG salmon in the summer months, and steelhead in the winter. If you look across the river to your left, that is the Colville fish hatchery.
There is a lot of trash and stuff in the area, it looks like maybe a party spot for the teenagers. Be careful of broken glass and such. I would not recommend kids playing around here. You don't need to go around the back or inside the first part of building. Read the new HINT, this really isn't as nasty as some want you to believe. It is an old building that has seen better days. I had to move it a little just because it was to exposed when I first hid it. I also raised the terrian rating, but it is level ground.
