A simple find in rural Hendry County, Florida in the Port LaBelle subdivision. From time to time over the years the container falls to the ground, so check there too.
This cache box was originally located at "Dam Counties" for several years but was relocated here due to construction at the other location on the Hendry/Lee county line. Depending on season there may be weeds or stickers to walk through and small branches to navigate at the cache. A lot of stuff was in the ammo box including the original logbook going back several years. But unfortunately, the ammo box went missing around early 2015 so a small pill container has been substituted containing a log in plastic bag. (There is a small chance that the original metal box may possibly have been moved and may still be in the area)
