The Mrs. and I were looking for a nearby cache and decided that the new park needed another cache.
This place looks like a lot of fun and also could be teeming with muggles during games! The only thing missing from the park is a disc golf coarse. No special tools are needed to find the cache and this should test your stealth skills if there are people around. The park has rules when you pull in...only open from sunrise to sunset and no dogs.
This description is taken from the Silver Spring Township website:
"This 103-acre park, located off Bernheisel Bridge Road, is currently being developed. The park includes: baseball, softball and soccer fields, playground equipment and a concession stand/restroom facility. Future plans for the park include an amphitheater, pavilions, community meeting building, softball fields, baseball fields, soccer fields, a football field, a multi-purpose field, in-line hockey, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoe pits. Upon completion, this premier park will provide recreational opportunities for all ages and interest levels. Please note that the distance around the main walking path is 3,425 feet or .65 of a mile."
