This is a canoe cache. Although you can get it in the winter by snowshoeing, cross country skiing or snowmobile.
You can chose which put in point you would like to take. We put in at the Crown Land area off of Concession 12 for a nice paddle. There are a few beaver dams to cross and as the season goes on the water goes down. Be aware that the 1st Saturday of June every year there is a canoe race that goes on starting at the Simcoe Road bridge so please don't go on that day.
