Geocache Description:


This cache is on Wildcat Island. Wildcat Island is a Provincial Natural Area on the Bow River between the Ghost Dam and Cochrane. Access is by boat and makes a nice fun trip through to Cochrane.

There are campsites, firepits and even a toilet on the island for those that want to stay over.

The cache itself is placed near the center of the island on high ground. It is intended to be an easy find. The ammo can is hanging on a tree in fairly plain view just off of a nearby path. The reception is a little poor in the area, so just have a look around when you get close.
