Geocache Description:

This is an easy drive by cache.

During a moratorium on city sewers, the local developer built this sewage treatment plant. It operated for about a year and sat idle for the next 30 years. It was vandalized in 2010 causing 100K+ in damage. In 2012 they demolished it and now is just an empty lot. Bad planning!
