EG Simmons Park has lots of area for fishing, hiking, picnic areas and swimming. There are camping areas also. Bird watching is also a fun activity here at Simmons Park. I spotted an osprey nest on the top of a telephone pole nearby. The male ospry is often mistaken for the bald eagle. The male ospry has a white chest-the bald eagle has a black one.
