This cache is located in the incredible Mt Pleasant, Michigan parks and trails system. Very good parking is available. The trail starts out as paved. Once leaving the paved part, it is about .12 miles to cache.
There is lots of tall trees so if corrections to the waypoints are needed, please let me know. I took several and was able to show 6 feet from the actual cache on my GPS.
Cache has small items and a logbook. It will hold small TB's if you have one.
This is a great place to have a picnic and swimming is available nearby in the Chippewa River along with some small rapids. (Not for small kids since the river is flowing).
Mrs. JimmyLeggs (who is the "Leggs" part of team JimmyLeggs) and I decided to rid ourselves of Cabin Fever and visited this cache today (3-27-10). The contents were dry. We dropped off more swag. Plenty of paper left in logbook.
