Just of the the old Magnesium Road and Market St junction. he terrain is flat but not good for wheelchairs. You can pull off of Market onto the old Magnesium Road but becarefull of the little dip. Or if you are coming from above you can drive down the old part of Magnesium.
Ther ear eplenty of mortorized muggles around. Depending on the day there could be a lot of dirt bikes around. There are plenty of muggles driving by down Market St also. The container is about a pint. Please hide the cahce back where you find. There is plenty of room for TB's and Coins which I have left a few to move on. Or what other small items you want to leave for trading.
