A nice hike in Chatfield Hollow.
This was the first cache we ever found, so we decided to revive the cache after it went missing. In fact, I still have the carabineer that I traded for at this cache in March 2002 !!! Here is the original description by Bencivengo:
"Chatfield Hollow park is situated in a heavily wooded hollow where natural caves and rocky ledges once provided shelter for Indians. This beautiful park is fun year round - activities include hiking, fishing, and swiming. The cache is located in an area where the terrain is challenging but not difficult. The kids will enjoy the hike... The reward for finding this cache are the hidden treasures along the way (including a huge rock ledge and a wonderful field stone fireplace)."
