This cache is located at was once Bemidji State College's Bald Eagle Center. All that remains are cement slabs and bricks. This center was once active until a tornado wiped it out 30 +/- years ago.
You are looking for an ammo-type box filled with odd stuff I've acquired over time. Contents are kid-friendly; however, due to bushwacking that is needed to reach the cache it might prove difficult for small children.
If anybody has any information on the Bald Eagle Center, please let me know and I'll add it to my information. I know Cub Scouts would have outings here as my husband would tell me his Den would go here.
Lydic Lake has a small boat landing and several places where people camp. The lake itself has pan fish such as bluegills and sunfish. If it is summer, mosquito repellent is HIGHLY recommended.
