My love of Monty Python inspired this one's title! A nice easy series for those who don't want to climb hills or slip.. I did this in mind with a friend who has arthritis and can't walk far. This stroll has plenty of places to sit down and enjoy the views.
Fairhaven Lake is a superb setting on the Ribble Estuary with boating, tennis, putting and bowling. An abundance of activities for all the family or just for a quiet stroll around the lake. Treat yourself to a snack or meal at the Lakeside Cafe.
A popular location with residents and tourists.
The views over the Lake are lovely, boasting Swans, Canada Geese and Mallards and their babies-sweeet!
Its interesting even in bad weather as it affords a beautiful 'skyscape'. Lovely when there is a rainbow.
You do not have to leave the footpath to reach these caches!
The Lake is situated on the inner Promenade just off the A584.
