Geocache Description:

It Doesn’t Pay to Borrow the Treasure...In the time of the infamous and terrible pirate, Jean Lafitte, Texas was a wild, unruly land and the people who settled it were just as adventurous. Pirates of The Colony II Event Cache commemorates the legend of a small band of Lafitte’s crew who stumbled upon the eastern shore of what is now Lake Lewisville.

Invitation fer all Pirates and those seeking adventure!

Plundering & Looting…
Belay that. Meet and Greet starts at 9:00 a.m. till ? the 17th of October 2009.
Signin tent and trading tables will be set up for Geo-items, Travel Bug swaps and more.

FREE event entrance / admittance
On-site parking available for $5.00 per vehicle.

Jean Lafitte's Loot
Hunt for Jean Lafitte's Loot Multi-Cache in the park. Those who can figure out this years clues and find the cache will be entered in the drawing for Captain Jean Lafitte's GPSr Geo-Treasure, drawing @ 3pm. Ye need not be present to win!
