Short hike from asphalt parking area to cache.
I stayed for 3 days of camping here in the Green Valley Lake
Campground. On my first day, I set out to find some of the caches
behind the gate where you might still see "Fire Closure". The
restrictions were posted for all kinds of motor vehicles, yet
hiking and mountain bikes were still allowed.
I took advantage of the closure and headed up 2n13a on "BikeNfind's
Bike" to Crafts Peak. Rode as far as possible, did some
hike-a-bike, rode some more, etc..., found 2 caches along the way
and made it up to "Take a Peak".
The fun part is always the non-stop ride DOWN ! !
Here is a cache to remember the Adventure. Not as insane to find as
"Take a Peak", just a short hike for you. IF you park, make sure
you display your Adventure Pass.
You will be looking for a camo'd Jiff Jar, SWAG, and log with
pencil, but as always, bring your own pen (BYOP). Please hide as
well or better than found for the next cacher.
