This area is often a hangout mainly for Placer High School students (and others I suspect). Extreme caution should be used in finding this cache when activity is high. Best to find during hours when area is muggle free.
10/7/16 Due to replacing the cache multiple times, I've relocated it. Use the hint to help locate it.
10/20/20 Structure to which cache was placed has been removed. Relocated cache again!
