Geocache Description:

Discover our GeoGem Diamond Trackable here, along the wisconsin River. I have replaced this one again, now on 10/29/11, This time I wired it in to. I hope this one lasts...

This cache is placed on Conslidated Water Power Company Land along the Wisconsin River, with permission from Tom Witt, Manager. There is a drive way down to a non-improved boat landing. The cache is not far from the parking area there. In the winter you may have to walk down the drive way, as it's not plowed. The container is a 40oz peanut butter jar, wrapped in cammo tape. This area is popular with locals for fishing, so be careful of muggles. As I was placing the cache I watched an eagle catch a fish on the river. There is a card in the container that has a large copy of a GeoGem Diamond and the tracking number, write down the tracking number and leave the BIG GEM there, so others may discover it. When you log that you have discovered the Gem you will get the Gem Icon on your trackables list, enjoy.
