Geocache Description:

Health advisors suggest that we should all do a brisk walk (enough to get us slightly breathless) of 30 minutes duration, 5 times a week. This series is my version of that walk. Not just for health reasons, but also to keep my fitness levels up (especially in the off season) for my fellwalking. This is a series of 6 geocaches taking you on a circular route of Clapham Common and the fringes of Brickhill. The first 5 caches contain information needed to find the 6th cache.

"The Prize" is not located at the published co-ordinates which are random. You will need the clues from the first five caches to find it.We recommend that you search in the following order:-
It Begins
Stride on
Halfway There
It's All Downhill From Here
At Last. A Proper Container!
The Prize (this one)

As you walk from "At Last. A Proper Container!" to "The Prize" you have a choice of routes. If you turn right (shortest). you will descend a pleasant hill, then pass through an urban area, eventually arriving at "The Prize". If you turn left, you will pass Brickhill Drive shops where you can have a nice meal at the "Bird in Hand" pub or the cafe cum grocerers. There is also a chemists, newsagents, barbers, supermarket with cash machine, motor repairers, hand carwash and public telephones. Oh, there is a methodist church and a vet too! To locate the prize you will need to take the clues you have collected and put them in the formula:-

"The Prize" = N 52° 09.((A+D)-(C+E))(C*C)(C*2) W000° 27.(D+D/2))(E-1)(D+B)

The recommended parking and start for the walk is at N 52° 09.240 W 000° 27.908.

There is a pub and a cafe at N 52° 09.359 W000° 27.809.

You are looking for a small cliplock box. Cache contains logbook, pencil, the usual swaps, an FTF badge and a gift for the "First to Find".
