Deceangi: This cache was published June 3, 2009, and a Needs Maintenance log was made on the September 20, 2009. To date a further 9 Needs Maintenance logs have been made, without any action by the owner. As such I consider that the owner has abandoned this cache, and accordingly, I am Archiving it on those grounds.
