One of 7 feeder caches for the Eskapades bonus cache. These caches
were originally set when Mrs TC was suffering from a gammy knee and
was unable to walk over rough ground. They are therefore suitable
for those with children or who are physically unable to do more
strenous caches. Glen Esk is a gorgeous place and a trip to the end
of there and back makes a lovely drive. Just think how lucky Mr TC
is - he actually gets paid to spend time here!
There is space to pull off the road at each cache.
This cache is set close to one of the milestones along the glen
-Invermark 7 Edzell 9 (sounds like a football score!) As far as we
know all of the milestones are still in place (errrr one every
mile...) let us know if you spot one missing.
Good views looking south towards Hill of Wirren from here.
Milestone is on opposite side of road to layby
Cache is a tiny 2" square lock and lock box with just a logbook
but with space for coins/small TBs
